Small transfers of TRX and TUSD occurred to addresses associated with the US government, likely as small tests before larger transfers.

 according to Arkham monitoring data, after the US government transferred the seized funds of 667.67 BTC in the Potapenko/Turogin case two days ago, the wallets of two detained criminals under its umbrella transferred funds again, but the amount was not large. One of the wallets is related to Sergei Makinin, who is serving time for developing and spreading malicious software, and transferred approximately $381.44 worth of TRX; the other wallet is related to Brian Krewson, who is in prison for money laundering, and transferred $393 worth of TUSD, suspected to be small-scale testing before a large transfer.
