On August 27, economists from Malayan Banking Berhad stated that although the growth rate of Singapore's electronics industry slowed to an 11-month low, the sector will continue to benefit from global AI infrastructure development. Singapore's electronics output in July grew by 11.2% year-on-year, down from 21.1% in June, partly due to a high base effect from the same period last year.
