Alexander Tkachenko serves as the Founder and CEO of VNX Commodities AG, orchestrating the strategic vision of the project. A seasoned entrepreneur and managing partner at a Luxembourg-based venture capital fund, Tkachenko has long identified the transformative potential of blockchain technology in democratizing access to conventional assets. His experience in tokenizing venture capital portfolios has significantly influenced the establishment of VNX's regulated asset tokenization framework.

Complementing Tkachenko's leadership is a development team of 35 professionals spread across Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, and South Korea. This group specializes in various domains, including smart contract auditing, regulatory compliance, and custody solutions fit for institutional clients. Notably, the technical lead of the project played a key role in developing Switzerland's SIX Digital Exchange settlement layer, contributing significant traditional finance expertise to the infrastructure of the Hub.

Investment Consortium and Financial Backing

The VNX Community Hub has successfully secured €11.8 million through a combination of equity funding and governmental grants:

• Equity Investors: Key contributors include Woori Technology Investment (the lead investor), 2be.lu, and HANSAEYES24 Partners.
• Government Grants: A notable €4.5 million has been granted by Luxembourg's Ministry of Economy to support the initiative.
• Blockchain Foundation Grants: Investments from the Avalanche, Solana, Tezos, and Stellar ecosystems underline the broad support from the blockchain community.

This diversified funding approach reinforces the project's viability amidst both institutional investors and decentralized network ambitions. Woori Technology Investment's involvement, in particular, grants the project strategic access to South Korea's vibrant financial ecosystem.
