VNX Commodities AG, the entity behind VGBP, was founded by Alexander Tkachenko, a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with an MBA from Columbia University and the London Business School. Tkachenko conceptualized VNX in 2017 as a platform to democratize access to illiquid assets through blockchain tokenization. Regulatory Compliance

Liechtenstein’s Blockchain Act, enacted in 2020, provides the legal foundation for VGBP’s operations. This legislation mandates strict reserve requirements, operational transparency, and periodic audits, distinguishing VGBP from unregulated stablecoins.
