Modular AMM Framework

The protocol’s three-layered architecture comprises:

1. Router Layer: Handles transaction routing across pools and chains while implementing security checks.

2. Factory Layer: Deploys customized liquidity pools with predefined hook configurations and fee tiers.

3. Hook Layer: Enables external smart contracts to execute logic during critical pool operations, such as swaps and liquidity provisioning.

This modularity allows developers to implement features such as:

• Dynamic Fees: Adjusting swap fees based on market volatility or time-weighted average prices (TWAP).

• Concentrated Liquidity: Allowing liquidity providers (LPs) to specify price ranges for capital deployment.

• Liquidity Mining: Distributing protocol-owned liquidity (POL) rewards through programmable emission schedules.

Cross-Chain Bridging Mechanism

URSWAP’s bridging infrastructure employs a combination of audited smart contracts and decentralized relayers to facilitate asset transfers between chains:

1. Lock-Mint Protocol: Users lock native assets on the source chain, triggering minting of wrapped tokens on the destination chain.

2. Burn-Release Protocol: Wrapped tokens are burned to unlock original assets, verified via oracle networks monitoring both chains.

Initial support spans BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, and Layer 2 solutions like Optimism and Arbitrum, with plans for non-EVM chain integration.
