Leadership and Background

Stabull Finance traces its inception to 2023, driven by collaborative discussions among leading stablecoin issuers under the guidance of Fran Strajnar, the founder of Techemy Group and a pivotal player in Stabull Labs. With extensive experience in blockchain technology, Strajnar recognized the essential demand for decentralized FX trading platforms catering specifically to non-USD pairs.

Assisting Strajnar is the technical team led by Martin Naithani, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) responsible for developing Stabull's oracle-integrated AMM, along with co-Chief Marketing Officers (co-CMOs) Jamie McCormick and Pantelis Roussakis, who are tasked with expanding global partnerships and the project's overall ecosystem.

Governance Model

Holders of the $STABUL token play a crucial role in governing the protocol, impacting decisions related to fee structures, asset listings, and liquidity mining rewards. A decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) is in the pipeline, intended to gradually take over governance responsibilities, empowering the community as Stabull transitions away from initial team stewardship.
