Lympid was co-founded by Portuguese entrepreneurs João Lages and André Lages, both of whom possess extensive backgrounds in traditional finance and blockchain consulting. João previously served as Head of Audit at BNP Paribas, specializing in regulatory compliance frameworks, while André focused on blockchain advisory services, generating over $2 million in annual revenue through fintech consultancy. The technical infrastructure is spearheaded by Tiago Pereira (CTO), whose expertise in decentralized systems has been instrumental in developing Lympid’s multi-chain wallet and asset valuation tools.

Institutional Backing and Partnerships

Lympid secured $1.18 million through private funding rounds and public token sales, with key investors including notable entities within the financial technology space. Such partnerships reinforce Lympid’s operational resilience and expand its asset diversification capabilities. The project also graduated from various accelerator programs, underscoring its technical credibility within the RWA tokenization niche.
