Overview and Objectives

At its core, Lambda ($LAMB) serves as a decentralized storage network, empowering users to store, retrieve, and manage data across a widespread node network. Built on a blockchain infrastructure founded on Cosmos SDK and secured by the Tendermint consensus, Lambda assures high throughput and low latency for data transactions. The protocol's foundational objectives encompass:

• Decentralized Data Storage: Lambda facilitates a trustless environment wherein users can rent underutilized storage space or access storage services without the reliance on centralized providers.

• Data Integrity and Privacy: The project employs cryptographic proofs such as Proof of Storage Time (PoST) to ensure data integrity, verifying accessibility while preventing manipulation.

• Interoperability: By supporting EVM-compatible smart contracts and enabling cross-chain interactions, Lambda fosters seamless integration with existing blockchain ecosystems.

• Scalability: Utilizing sharding and sub-chain technologies, Lambda is capable of meeting escalating data demands while retaining performance reliability.

Technical Architecture

Lambda's architecture is comprised of two main segments:

1. Lambda Blockchain: This Cosmos-based chain is primarily responsible for processing transactions and managing smart contracts while ensuring compatibility with EVM to facilitate the deployment of Ethereum-style dApps with minimal adjustments.

2. Lambda Storage Network: A decentralized storage layer that partitions data into shards, distributing it across numerous nodes. This network harnesses a distinctive consensus mechanism requiring nodes to submit verifiable proofs of their storage contributions over time in order to earn rewards.

Complementing its architecture, Lambda employs a dual-token model:

• $LAMB: This primary utility token facilitates transaction fees, staking, and governance participation within the ecosystem.
• TBB: A secondary token tied to storage capacity, enabling users to allocate resources and engage in storage mining.
