• Validators: Validators audit on-chain trade data continuously, applying a scoring model that weighs recent performance more heavily, ensuring timely rewards based on market dynamics. They normalize ROI metrics across miners and proportionally distribute the network’s emissions.

• Scoring Algorithm: The subnet employs an advanced algorithm based on exponential decay modeling to assign higher weights to trades closed recently. This dynamic scoring system incentivizes traders based on current performance instead of historical data.

2.2. Tokenomics and Incentive Structures

The emission schedule of SN63 allocates resources strategically to ensure sustainability and engagement:

• 41% to miners, rewarded based on their weekly ROI standings.
• 41% to validators, a necessary component ensuring security and accurate scoring.
• 18% to the subnet owner for ongoing protocol maintenance.

SN63 tokens are distributed through a model where new tokens are minted daily based on the foundational TAO token, redistributing these resources proportionally to active subnets based on the amount of staked TAO.

2.3. Liquidity Optimization Features

• Dynamic Pool Eligibility: Only those subnets with adequate liquidity (currently SN1–SN74) are available for trading, which mitigates risks associated with market manipulation in pools with limited liquidity.
