The analyst believes that the more significant signal currently is the shift in fund flow direction from outflows to slight inflows, with demand surpassing new supply again, but a strong new demand cycle cannot yet be confirmed. Further observation is needed to determine if the realized market cap can remain positive and if apparent demand can expand further.
