Zebacus is a centralized digital asset exchange platform designed to bridge traditional finance with Web3 innovations. Launched in 2022, the platform emphasizes regulatory compliance, security, and user-centric features, positioning itself as a gateway for institutional and retail investors to access cryptocurrencies, security tokens, and decentralized finance (DeFi) products. The native Z Token serves as the ecosystem’s utility token, enabling fee discounts, staking rewards, and governance participation.

Zebacus aims to “increase global financial freedom” by democratizing access to digital assets while supporting philanthropic initiatives. A unique aspect of its model allocates 10% of Z Token’s circulating supply to charitable causes, which may include partnerships with various organizations.
