If this requirement is implemented, the US-China AI competition will expand from competing for models and chips to competing for countries. In the future, it will become increasingly difficult for some countries to simultaneously access US chips, investments, and supply chain cooperation while also utilizing Chinese open models and participating in Chinese AI projects.

A user from the crypto community, Skylinee, invested $5,000 in the LAB public offering in October 2025, with the token's value once soaring to approximately $5.6 million, marking a 1120-fold increase within nine months.
