Right-side buying usually requires setting stop-loss points in advance, based on the trader's personal technical indicators, actual positions, and risk preferences. Murphy mentioned that he often uses STH-RP (Short-Term Holder Realized Price) as an important reference. Historical data shows that if it breaks above the STH-RP in the latter half of a bear market, there is a high probability of a small trend emerging. If it subsequently retests the STH-RP without breaking it, the trend is considered to continue; if it breaks below, the trend ends. Currently, the STH-RP is around $70,000 (subject to change), and if BTC falls back to $70,000, caution is advised. A daily close below this level should trigger a stop-loss. Theoretically, the stop-loss range for right-side positions is about -10%, and one should not wait for a -25% drop or more to make a decision. Murphy concluded that, in his view, the wear and tear in trading is normal and can even be considered necessary. Avoiding wear and tear might result in missing out on a significant trend.
