The operational framework of Minutes Network is heavily reliant on two pivotal types of nodes:

1. Switch Nodes (500 units): These nodes are equipped to handle a staggering call termination capacity of up to 72 million minutes daily.
2. Validation Nodes (2,500 units): Focused on preserving network integrity and facilitating high service quality.

To participate in network operations and profit-sharing, node operators are required to stake minimum quantities of MNT tokens—50,000 tokens for Switch Nodes and 10,000 for Validation Nodes. This staking model ensures that participant incentives align with the overarching goals of network performance and security.

Tokenomics and Reward Distribution

MNT’s economic framework features a deliberate and structured token distribution model:

• A capped supply of 500 million tokens released gradually over a period of 60 months.
• Monthly buybacks conducted with 100% of the net revenues generated by the network.
• A clearly defined reward distribution pathway, designed as follows:
  • Infrastructure Operators (70%): Distributed proportionally according to the number of staked tokens held by operators.
  • Network Users (15%): Equally divided between call originators and recipients.
  • Development Fund (15%): Allocated to continuously support and improve technological innovations within the Mintech ecosystem.

Additionally, MNT incorporates an algorithmic burning mechanism that dynamically adjusts rewards based on the ratio of staked to circulating tokens, which contributes to deflationary forces during periods of decreased staking engagement.
