The protocol was conceived by @0x_ultra, a pseudonymous developer with prior experience in decentralized finance through their involvement with Jones DAO and data analytics via xultra.fun. Collaborating with the infrastructure provided by Kaito AI, the project team designed Loud as an autonomous system that requires no human intervention after its launch.

Governance and Funding Model

While specific traditional venture capital backing remains undisclosed, Loud’s funding derives entirely from its Initial Attention Offering. Notably, 45% of the total supply of 1 billion tokens sold during the IAO, while an equal proportion has been allocated to liquidity pools. The remaining 10% is reserved for initiatives that directly support the Loud community, emphasizing a commitment to decentralization and community ownership.
