GOLDAO is structured as a Real-World Asset (RWA) project that focuses on the tokenization of physical gold bars, converting them into digital Gold tokens and gold-backed stablecoins. This innovative approach is manifested through three primary offerings:

1. Gold NFT (GLD NFT): This component represents direct ownership of tangible gold bars, which are stored in high-security vaults located in Switzerland. Each NFT undergoes independent audits and offers holders the option to redeem their digital asset for physical gold.

2. Gold Token (GLDT): The GLDT is a fungible token that is backed by GLD NFTs, facilitating fractional ownership of gold assets and enhancing liquidity. This feature allows for broader participation in gold investment, regardless of the investor's financial capacity.

3. USD-pegged Stablecoin (USDG): Unlike traditional stablecoins that are typically backed by fiat currencies, USDG is supported by GLDT, which, in turn, is backed by physical gold.
