Apa Itu SKULL

On October 9, market analysis indicated that since October 2022, the S&P 500 Index has risen a cumulative 117%, contributing to an increase of nearly $40 trillion in the total market capitalization of U.S. stocks, primarily driven by AI-related stocks. Meanwhile, the equal-weighted S&P 500 Index has underperformed the market-cap-weighted index by 52 percentage points, marking the largest historical gap and highlighting the current bull market's reliance on a few large tech stocks. During the same period, Nvidia's stock price has surged over 1900%, while U.S. Treasury yields recently rose to 5.34%, further raising concerns about valuation pressures in the market. Investors are closely monitoring whether corporate earnings growth can continue to support this bull market.

According to Beating AI news, developer Finn Voorhees demonstrated an AI Agent capable of directly operating an iPhone. He simply issued a command for the Agent to find the cheapest Ryanair flight to London for the next day. The Agent then autonomously opened Ryanair, filled in the destination, selected the date, checked the ticket prices, and finally reported the results back in the chat interface. No computer was involved throughout the process. This Agent runs within PiChat, an iPhone chat application developed by Finn. It utilizes his previously open-sourced PiDurableKit and runs the Pi Agent on the phone via Apple's JavaScriptCore, which is responsible for model invocation, tool execution, and task management. The video features Claude Opus 5.5, with model inference still occurring in the cloud. To allow the Agent to continue working after switching to other apps, PiChat employs Apple's background task mechanism and uses SQLite to save execution progress, facilitating recovery after interruptions. However, the crucial cross-app control code has not yet been made public. When enabling iPhone Control in the video, the system prompts for the lock screen password to activate XCTest UI automation. XCTest is Apple's interface testing framework that can simulate clicks, swipes, and text input. The open-source project TouchSynthesis utilizes private interfaces of XCTest to enable the iPhone to generate touch events independently, without real-time control from a computer. However, Finn has not confirmed whether this solution was used.

Mike Selig, Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), stated that the proposed regulatory framework for crypto assets by the CFTC aims to establish a federal-level regulatory system to protect exchange customers from risks such as fraud, market manipulation, and theft of customer funds, thereby preventing a recurrence of the FTX collapse. Selig pointed out that the CFTC is working to introduce a market-based regulatory mechanism for crypto exchanges; he noted that critics opposing such measures and supporting the status quo may inadvertently benefit fraudsters, manipulators, and those misappropriating customer funds, and warned that a lack of appropriate regulation could leave opportunities for the next figure similar to Sam Bankman-Fried.
