Exchange users will not need to submit migration forms or perform any on-chain operations; the migration will be coordinated between the exchanges and the KITE team, with exchanges updating their systems according to their respective schedules and gradually restoring KITE deposits and withdrawals. Cross-chain channels will remain paused until the migration and verification are completed, and liquidity for the new tokens will resume afterward. The team also warns the community to be vigilant against potential impersonation customer service, phishing links, and fake airdrop pages during the migration period, emphasizing that the official team will never ask for mnemonic phrases, private keys, passwords, two-factor authentication codes, or API keys, nor will they request payment for migration fees.
