Launched on February 20, 2025, Apex Fusion's PRIME Chain serves as the primary Layer 1 blockchain within its ecosystem. This network is built using the Ouroboros proof-of-stake protocol, renowned for its energy efficiency and scalability. 2. VECTOR: In contrast, VECTOR takes a UTXO-based approach as a Layer 2 solution. It is crafted for high-speed, low-cost transactions, leveraging the efficiency of Bitcoin-like transactions to support micropayments and enterprise-scale applications that require reliable and quick transaction processing.

Both NEXUS and VECTOR are interconnected through the Reactor Bridge, a cross-chain protocol developed to allow seamless asset transfers and liquidity pooling between UTXO and account-based networks.
